Are you not satisfied with your order or did you order the wrong size? No problem! You can return or exchange your order within 30 days. In this case, please contact our customer service by sending an email to cs@hilda-melbourne.com

Easy returns in 4 easy steps

Step 1: Send an email to cs@hilda-melbourne.com and our staff will send you a return form. Please read the conditions on the return form carefully before returning the product.

Step 2: Completely fill out the return form.

Step 3: Send your order to the address on the return form (our warehouse in Hong Kong/China). Send the goods together with the completed return form to the address specified on the return form. Make sure the package has a tracking code and send it to us. As the sender, you are responsible for shipping and handling costs.

Step 4: Once we receive the package in perfect condition, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within 7 working days.

Step 1: Send an email to cs@hilda-melbourne.com stating your order number and the desired product in the correct size. You will then receive a return form that you can use to return the defective product.

Step 2: Completely fill out the return form.

Step 3: Send your order to the address on the return form (our warehouse in Hong Kong/China). Send the goods together with the completed return form to the address specified on the return form. Make sure the package has a tracking code and send it to us. As the sender, you are responsible for shipping and delivery costs.

Step 4: Once you send the package to the address provided on the return form, we will send you the correct size for free.


Can I change/cancel my order?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request changes/cancellations within 6 hours of placing your order. All requests after this time will be rejected. Your order may be returned for a refund upon receipt.
